Inn at Thorn Hill's Tour of Italy Wine Dinner - May 3rd

The Saturday evening event is a five course dinner with paired wines at each course. The reception starts at 7:00pm and costs $75 per person. Below is the menu we will be serving.

Assorted Hor d'oeuvres
Wine- Pieropan, Soave Classico

Fresh Frog Legs with Chard and White Asparagus
Wine- Canella, Prosecco

Buckwheat Tagliatelle with Potatoes, Greens and Quail
Wine- Jerman, Pinot Grigio

Tuscan Pig Trio with Porchette, Crema Paradise and ossibuchi all Toscana
Wine- Terrabianca, Campaccio

Fresh Milk Sorbetto with Lingonberry Zabaglione, Polenta Cake and Hazelnuts
Wine- Villa la Delva Vin Santo, Vigna del Pappa
